I purchased 3 lots in their last sale. Two of the lots had multiple items in them and when received some of the items were missing. The auction house reached out and said one was accidentally sold in two lots and didn’t know what happened to the other item. They did refund my bids on these and I was grateful but I did bid on these items and was disappointed I did not receive them. They definitely need a better lot tracking system.

The auction house is wonderful. Liveauctioneers 'shipping services are way below acceptable. I will never ask them to ship an item again. I got mixed responses from LAuctioneers and ended up working directly with Woodcliff on the Hudson who shipped the item to me (although they're not set up to be an in-house shipper).
