Bidding Format: Online Only Auction. There is no live bidding at this auction. Auction Ends: The auction lots begin closing at 11AM Thursday, May 30. Lots close in consecutive order, about 10 seconds apart. Buyer Premium: 22% Buyer Premium Applies to All Purchases. Payment Options: Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check or Cash. Credit Cards also accepted, however a 2.5% convenience fee applies to credit card transactions. Payment Instructions: Full payment is required by 3PM Tuesday, June 3, 2024. Any balance not paid in full by 3PM Monday will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. A 2.5% convenience fee will be charged for any credit card payments. All Sales Are Final: Please take advantage of scheduled inspection dates. All items are being sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Auctioneer makes no representations as to the condition, marketability or size of the inventory to be sold. No claims of any kind shall be allowed after Item has been removed by the Buyer. All Sales Are Final. Buyers in default will be held responsible for the entire invoice amount regardless of acceptance of merchandise. There are no refunds or exchanges. Removal of Items: Buyers are fully responsible for all aspects of removal. Employees are unable to assist with physical loading. Any items not removed by stated time will be considered abandoned.
