An anti-colonial Cold War Russian Soviet era propaganda lithographic poster on paper, Times Are Changing, depicting an African man lashing a foreign soldier with a whip. The inscription in Russian upper right: The coloniser is fleeing - He is not happy in the white world - Through centuries of torture and lashes - A former slave is on his way to freedom. Design by D. Obosnenko, verse by A. Shklyarinsky. Published by Combat Pencil, Boevoi Karandash, Artist of RSFSR, numbered 897, M 59597, one of 6000, Leningrad, 1962.
