Willard Jr. Boston' and 'No. 2,' above a tapering standard with a foliate reverse painted glass front signed 'A. Willard Jr' in a ribbon, opening to the clock mechanism, and terminating to a rectangular reverse painted glass pendant depicting the 'Pennsylvania Capitol' on glass, 29"h x 10"w x 4"d. (Condition: evidence of previous repair to the reverse painted panel.)
