Receipts and payment paperwork from Woody auction can not be read. Print is way too small and have to use magnifying glass too read dollar amount about any transactions. Nothing wrong with my computer. Reid

Item's were not exactly as described regarding the 'Condition' of the pieces (i. e. there was a 'tooth' clearly missing/chipped of the rim of one of the pieces and there were minor surfaces scratches on the glass on another), Caveat Emptor, BUT, given the price I paid@ auction I am well satisfied. I will have the pieces 'restored'... I WILL look forward to further actions from this auctioneer.

Your web page is a mess! Can't seem to get in to register without trying 3 or 4 times. Getting into the "archives" after the auction to check a price or two is almost impossible. Your buyers premium is outlandish, (yes, I know the others all do it too). That's why I only bid online unless it is something really special that fills a "niche" in my collection.

Woody Auction's staff are honest. They would not intentionally take advantage of their patrons. If there is a problem, they immediately rectify it. They value their integrity over money.

I collect American Brilliant Period (ABP) cut glass. But it's often hard to get an accurate assessment of individual pieces from photos or written descriptions or even verbal descriptions because so much depends on the assessors understanding of what a quality blank is, recognizing true craftsmanship cutting, and knowing to look for whether the piece was polished using cherry wood wheels and rottenstone or by the much less costly and less nice dipping-in-acid process. So I appreciate the fact that Woody Auction does an excellent job of screening for quality blanks, expert cutting, and good polishing when they select which ABP cut glass items to include in their auctions. I've been very pleased with the blanks, cutting, and polish of every piece of ABP cut glass I've won in a Woody Auction. I've grown to trust their judgement in offering only the best pieces. And because of that trust, I'm looking forward to see what's in their upcoming auction of ABP cut glass in December.

When I communicate with Woody's or have any questions, they are always friendly and helpful. They have the best packaging and most reasonable shipping charges of the 50 + auctions shippers I have used.

I love the new box that shows Jason Woody doing the auction and also that we can now hear what he says. It makes me feel like I am almost there in person. The web site for liveauctioneers is very easy to follow and control. I love everything about it and I love the Woody Auction people. They are all terrific.

We haven't used the voice or video component for quite a while due to this. We are hoping to have that issue resolved by our August 3, 2019 auction. Hope you'll check us out!

All my experiences with Live Auctioneers have been very positive, but this one was exceptional. I had a question prior that was promptly answered, and every step in the process was well executed. I had my items three days after I bought them, and I'm half way across the country. It was a great experience.

I have never had an issue with Woody Auction, LLC. Items are carefully and properly packaged. Nothing has ever arrived damaged from Woody Auction, which is something I can't say about other auction houses. The last auction was held in St. Louis and I was bidding online. I was able to pick up my items in KS on my way to the RS Prussia Convention in Cincinnati, OH instead of waiting to have the items shipped. They were kind enough to stay open after hours in order for us to pick up my items, which by they way were a big hit at the Convention.

We have recently sourced less expensive but high quality shipping items and renegotiated our UPS contract for lower prices (that we pass on to the customer), so we have reduced our shipping costs significantly. Unfortunately, depending on the weight/value/distance of the shipping, costs can be high. If that ever happens to you, please contact us so we can see if we can reduce the cost for you.
