This whimsical mid 20th century hand crafted silver plated copper water pitcher is designed with an applied sculpted figural handle. The handle is that of a wonderful monkey, hands holding the top of the hand hammered pitcher, legs & feet around the body &, finally, a long tail along the surface, ending in a curl!

The piece is signed "Emilia Castillo 2 , Mexico Marca Registrada or M.R., Plateado & numbered TO-85".
