A Pennsylvania Folk Art Painted and Stencil Decorated Tulip Poplar Mirror / Picture Frame, First Half 19th Century. All four sides of the frame have been painted to imitate tiger maple grain.

Dimensions: 19 1/4 x 15 1/4in; interior 16 1/4 x 12 1/4in.

Provenance: Property from the Collection of C. Thomas Attix Jr., East Windsor, New Jersey.

Condition

Retaining its original paint decorated surface. With general marks, wear, nicks, abrasions, surface scratches and losses to surface. The mirrored glass with wear and loss to silvering.
