Offered here for your consideration is a vintage sterling silver concho belt. This amazing belt is fashioned with 10 circular conchos and a buckle. Each of the conchos are highlighted with repousse work, hand stamped designs, and scalloped edges. The buckle, is older and features different designs such as a smooth silver finish, arrows and other Native American hand stamped designs. All are displayed on a brown leather belt. MAKER: Likely Navajo based on style and design, however this item is unmarked (as was common of Native jewelry from this era).
APPROX AGE: Vintage (meaning somewhere between the 1930s to 1970s).
SIZE: The overall length measures 33 1/2 inches long. The conchos measure 2 1/4 inches in diameter. The buckle measures 2 1/4 inches tall (from top to bottom)x 2 5/8 inches wide. The buckle fits a 5/8 inch belt. The total weight is 211.5 grams.
