Never received my items

The pictures did not show damage and the description said nothing of the damage. Had I known of the damage, I would not have bid as much as my winning bid.

The pictures and description did not accurately reflect the poor condition of the barber chair I purchased online at the Tommy Hilfiger auction.

I feel like I've been left in the dark regarding shipping. It's been almost a month since I won my lot and my package hasn't even shipped yet. Also, I was billed $115 for shipping-2 weeks ago but package hasn't shipped. Not happy with this process at all. My first time using this service and probably won't be back.

They were responsive, and very friendly!

juliens was totallly unresponsive. takes a month to get my winnings. extreemely slow and doesnt answer phones. a total waste of my time

Taking two months to get my auction items and paying an exorbitant shipping fee is totally ridiculous.
