great organization

There was not a good description given of the fact that the item had several paint blemishes. The photos did not show the blemishes. Arranging shipping was very difficult, if not painful even though the auction house gave me a list of quite a few shippers that they said are frequently used to ship items from them to buyers. Of all of the shippers on the list that they gave me, I solicited quotes from 8 and only got 2 responses, one of which was a "No-bid". So, I ended-up paying way more than it should have cost, for what was billed as a "White Glove Delivery" and was hardly so.

King Galleries is top notch! They are wonderful to work with, and they have wonderful auction items. I ordered quite a few pieces of furniture, and everything was in beautiful shape, just as described. A +

This is my first purchase with King Galleries and I can tell already that I will be a regular customer. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a family feel at this auction house that is very welcoming and inviting. I am excited to participate in future auctions (both online and in-person) at King Gallery!

I received quick response to my questions 're registration and payment. King Galleries recommended a vendor for shipping my rug, who was extremely helpful. The entire process was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend this auction house.

The only thing is that you did not show picture of cabinet with door open. I have not received it yet but am slightly concerned that door may be locked and don't see a key.

Your actionier has on many instances raised the bid by claiming phantom bids in the crowd. I tested this by having my wife bid while I stood at the front and watched who bid. My wife was bidding against no one. Disgusting practice and I now know I have overpaid on many items. I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at Kings Galleries. I now have a concern every time I go the the auction this practice occurs. It dishonest, disrespectful and down right pathetic. Fix this or ot will most likely be fixed by legal action by someone.

The staff and owners are fantastic

I would like to be able to pay my invoice online. Also, my items were listed as "side tables"... however.... when I picked them up, they are NOT side tables but regular tall eating-at-sized tables. It will be tough for me to resell these as such. Also the pics shown on the auction were apparently distorted and stretched to make tables APPEAR to be smaller (like side tables).....,

I've been purchasing from King Galleries for years and have always had a good experience with them. I've had horrible experiences with some other auction companies on your site and I no longer bid with companies on there I don't know anything about, but King Galleries is one of the good ones.

I have not actually received my items so it is a little difficult to answer some questions. In general it was a very easy process.

One of the best Auction houses in Atlanta. The staff is great very helpful they make you feel at home great to work with. The owner of king gallery is by far the best in Atlanta and I have been to all of the Auction houses in Atlanta.
