The charger had all around crazing as was noted in the description and condition. Granted the hairline was not noticed and we offered this gentleman half of his total purchase price which included the buyers premium as a refund and he gets to keep the charger as well. He wanted us to refund more than his total purchase saying that shipping and duties should be included as well which is ridiculous. We already ship in house and absorb the labor costs to give our customers a break. We also offered to have him ship the items back to us and we would refund his full amount including shipping if he thought it was unreasonable. We have an 89 percent 5 star rating because we make every effort to be fair and take pride in our integrity. However we have to draw the line somewhere when it comes to unreasonable requests. We feel this was unreasonable.
