I halve very good luck finding top quality Jade items here, as well as Chinese antique. The items I have purchased were accurate to the descriptions. I have been buying from several other local auction housesIn the past, but in the last couple of years I have been mostly buying from here, mainly because I can trust the qualities of the items. Picking up is easy too.

I won 18 items at Houston antique auction. The total cost is 677.10 dollars. The freight is 280 dollars. I have to wait for 1 month after I pay. They told four big ones not to sell. 14 small ones weighed 2.5 pounds, It's enough to pack a box. But he used two boxes and charged 120 dollars. I asked ups that they said they would not go too far over 50 dollars. I received the Chinese silver coin which is different from the online photo. It's a piece of iron. The other set of silver tea set is also iron. They said that the fake currency refunds the silver coin. One set of fake silver tea set is not refundable. Four jade bangles. The color is different online. Go to the jewelry store. He told me that the fake jade bangle... And the other two Chinese ones are not refundable

I have recently recieved some items from this company. The items that I recieved were obviously all fake. They, of course, do not show how fake the items are in the pictures. It's hard to tell, but it's very clear that the items are fake when you do get it in your hands. The items were even modified so that they were made to look like they were real. It was so obvious that it was fake, and they do not show the 'obviously fake' parts as the main pictures on the websites. For example, they tried to replicate the oldness of a vase by painting on a red-orange color on the bottom rim of the vase. Another example is how they clearly dyed the green color on the jade bracelet I bought. They are also unresponsive when we asked about our items for shipping and only took action when we contacted PayPal. This company sells fake items. I advise everyone to not buy from this place. At the very least, be sure to know what you are buying and ask more questions. Don't make the same mistake I made.

I bought two chairs from Houston Antique Auction LLC on April 29, 2020. The images posted onliveauctioneer.com are completely different from real items. The chair color from images is mainly dark grey with certain brown. But real chair color is brown with reddish. The wood carving from images is very sophisticated and artistic. But the carving from the real chairs is very shallow, clumsy and broken skill. The paint from the real chair has a strong methanal smell which is typical made from Chinese. My skin developed some hives after contacting and handling the chairs. The chairs were made recently by those malicious Chinese. The toxic and fake chairs should not be sold in USA market legally. Also I can't find Houston antique Auction LLC from business catalog. Is this legitimately registered company with valid license? I need to return and refund $2168.00 (308 + 1400 + 460). Otherwise I would sue bothliveauctioneer.com and Houston antique auction LLC for commercial fraudulence. I hate Chinese cheats Americans for huge profit.

I won the item and asked a question regarding the payment and the dimensions of the item by using email, as well as direct message, however, got none response. The item did not have a description of the dimensions in the auction. And it turned out to be smaller than my expectations when I received it.

Unfortunate never receive my item, they lost it in their warehouse. Very good and fast communication to let me know that item was lost. To refund my money I made a Paypal claim. Unfortunate event

We bid at an “antique auction” and the item we got was clearly made recently once we turned it over and inspected the construction. If this auction house has a limited description online beware.

never received item, never received responses to emails, never answered telephone when called. cant say anything else except SCAM. buyer beware. they should be off this site.

sent questions, enquires, to their email/or though liveauctioneers, over 10 times never get response, and most of the time nobody picks up the phone, no customer service at all.

I would not have bought this in person. I don't think this product from Mexico was 48.00 new. Poor condition, frayed handle, rusty metal, mold missing mixing spoon. Terrible purchase

Photographs deceive the eye, I bought a jade from the picture appears white or light green instead is gray, the houses sell say many lies especially on the age of Chinese porcelain. They should tell their real opinion on age. It would take a compensation for the scams, the Hudson Valley Auctions sold me Antique Tibetan Thangka is instead I got a photocopy of Thangka painting.
