I am still waiting an answer about the item that I already received. Since the item was a clock, I asked if the pendulum and the key were included in this lot. Unfortunately they posted just 1 picture of the clock and I cannot verify if the pendulum/key were included.

The shipping charges that the UPS Stores and others charge have gotten to be ridiculous-as much as $170 to ship 8 Waterford crystal glasses (6 "tall). This auction house is no different-shipping charges were outrageous.

The company failed to mention the poor condition of the item and provide close photos of so ne can make an intelligible evaluation. In my case the chrome table that I bought had rust that is not manageble. I buy very high quality and condition items for resale, but in thier case, they lack the profesionalism to present thier merchandize properly to the online bidders. Do not think I ever use them again.... I lost my investment.

Ive noticed items for sale (the same items) that have ridiculous reserves!! Not just on wiltons site either.

The Man that helps my Hubby load the item on the following Monday (after the Tuesday Auction) is Aces.... In fact, I have nothing but great things to say about all of you guys there!

I'm concerned about SHILL BIDDING on this auction. I understand that it is a serious problem with online auctions. As I recall the opening bid on this item was $1, 000.00 and my maximum proxy bid was $2, 000.00. The BID HISTORY for this item is not showing online and I have asked the auction house to provide the information. (Nothing thus far....) If there is no other bidder (s) the item should have been mine at the opening bid NOT my maximum proxy bid. also ITEM DESCRIPTION This item was unsold in a previous auction. The description for the first auction indicated that the crank was missing. The auction that I won did NOT indicate that the crank was missing. I assumed that the lost crank was found, since the description had been changed. Sadly, I did not receive the crank. Thanks for your help. Victor Fort Lauderdale

Would prefer that web page not force you to hook up with mobile app. I use an android tablet and a g3 cell only for calls and texts, so i can only access the items on the "live" bid site since this change was made. Please fix this bug.

It was a fun experience. I like that you can bid before auction and bid online.

Not a positive experience.

Had to reconsign my purchase as shipping costs were extremely high compared to other items I have had shipped from other areas. I would not be surprised if Wilton receives a "rebate" from the two shipping services they use. Descriptions of the cataloged items are incomplete at best. I will never purchase anything from this house again, there are just too many good auction houses out there to waste any more time on Wilton.

the fact that they use so many letters (exp 22F) makes it inconvenient to estimate the time to follow the lot plus its not as easy to remember.

I found Witlon Auction House to be very helpful and extremely professional. I would definitely bid with them in the future!!

Items were very good but i wish they have ketp them at the auction house instead in an antique store that for me was very difficult to find.

EXCELLENT

I have emailed on three different occasions and I did not receive a reply to one. When I have called they say they are busy and ask me to call back in half an hour and never answer the phone. The products are well represented, photos great, payment and shipping easy-but communication is VERY poor.

Great auctioneers, professional and courteous, and fabulous items. Very satisfied!
