I've sent messages through Live Auctioneers, no response. I called and left messages, no response. They described the lot as an original 1930's sign, it's a reproduction. Any response at this point would be nice.

Purchased 4/29/2023, I paid immediately. World Wide Auctions did not offer in house shipping but highly recommended Pak Mail so I requested they look after shipping. The next email was a bill for $768.35. This is to post two 16 "long toy cars to England. I complained and it immediately reduced to $671.68 but this was still $543.68 more than an identical parcel sent 1 week earlier. Just so you see how expensive they were I got a quote to ship a Chevy Crate Motor from NJ to UK and that was only $485. I asked them if they could send these toys to my friend in NY and they replied with a vague answer and from then on never answered the phone, to me nor did they reply to my emails. I wrote to Brian at WWA who replied stating" I appreciate your concern "but heard nothing else. I wrote to Live Auctioneer bidder support and their had no interest what so ever, they support being Zero. Now with a month past I wrote to the Auburn Police Department, they contacted Pak Mail and Brian, and presumable Live Auctioneers as my first phone call was answered and a price of $159 given to post to NY which I accepted. Incidentally, post from NY-UK was $120. $648 Less than original quote. The item has just arrived in UK, two months after purchase and I am disappointed as the description is wrong. There should be a chrome vent at the bottom of the windshield and it is missing, something that is difficult to see in the photos when never having seen one of these before and there is no mention of this in World Wide Auctions description. This missing piece of trim renders this car virtually valueless yet I paid $950 for it. Also, the final bill had a processing fee of $35.31 of which I could find no mention of in any pre auction blurb. Without doubt the worst experience I have ever had on Live Auctioneers, and one that due to LA's complete lack of interest to my case I have now diverted their emails to junk so I dont have to suffer the same greed and lack of interest from such an auction house.

I would not buy from this auction house. They shipped a Bunn coffee maker a that does not work. I have tried repeatedly to contact them with no avail. I have also contacted Live Auctioneers multiple times with no avail. This has cost me over $350. Worldwide Auctioneers should not be allowed to sell on this platform and Live Auctioneers should stand up for their customers. Unacceptable!

DONT USE PAK-MAIL, THEY OVER CHARGED ME 3 TIMES THE CORRECT AMOUNT.

Great auction and all the way around only shipping was problem but that got nothing to do with worldwide auctioneers. Customer service was top of the line. Thank you very much for everything and I will be back:)))

I won an item. Paid for it immediately. WW never contacted me. I emailed and called to find out how to get my item shipped. No reply. Left multiple voice messages. Will not do business with again.

They handled the transaction in a professional manner.

I was NEVER actually authorized to bid. Even after I won the items, my bidding status showed pending. I reached out fir help, but never heard back. It was verry difficult to contact by phone AND execute pickup.

Horrible experience, merchandise received was not what was described. No one is responsible and phone calls to emails all unanswered. Very deceptive descriptions, photos hidden damages on items. Will not be recommending this auction house to any of our clients. We will also be informing the various social media groups to avoid using them. I would buy again from this auction company. Even though I wasn't satisfied with an item they offered to return or a partial refund. Not a lot of companies do that (Route 32 shame on you all). Thank you

I made a small purchase from them. The item weighing only 4 pounds packed in the box and was being shipped to CT. They tried to charge me $42 to ship the item, which subsequently would have for into a priority mail flat rate box. When I began asking questions as to why the item would be so much, I was told that they would look into it and get back to me as to why it was so expensive. Did not even receive a phone call back, just a $22 dollar charge on my credit card for shipping. I received the package and the shipping cost $13.65 was on the label. Not only did they receive their buyers premium, then they try and exuberantly over charge for shipping. And it wasn’t like there was any extra packaging involved. Only two flimsy pieces of bubble wrap. Would not do business with them again.

One lot was advertised as "1 reproduction German Zeltbahn... and 2 original German Zeltbahns" NOT TRUE!! When the lot arrived, it ended up being: 1 reproduction Zeltbahn, 1 SWISS Zeltbahn, and 1 small PIECE of a German Zeltbahn

I asked MULTIPLE TIMES for addition photos of the items I waned to bid on... ONE MONTH before the auction started... and NO ONE replied. Two weeks before the auction started, I AGAIN asked for additional photos, and was told on the phone that they would be sent immediately. No photos were sent. I call AGAIN, and received verbal confirmation that the lots I was interested were in excellent condition, with no issues... but again... photos would be sent. No photos were sent, so I bid on the items based on the SINGLE photos they had in the listings. # 1-all the guns are GARBAGE... with mis-matched numbers... import stamps... nad badly deactivated, with torch AND spot welds. # 2-One Jack was post-war one was wartime (not described in the listing) # 3-One lantern was destroyed in the mail due to insufficient packing # 4-MG Ammo Cans were HEAVILY rusted/pitted, that was NOT described in the auction # 5-Barrel shrouds were also spot-welded closed, and barrels DEACTIVATED (again, not mentioned in the listing). I have left NUMEROUS messages, and have sent MANY emails... to which NO ONE is replying (even after getting multiple read receipts). I gave them until tomorrow to rectify... otherwise I will take it up with my credit card.

lied about shipping price and items ability To ship. Tried charging $279.00 to ship item. Stated it couldn’t be broken down. Lied I have this same type already! Paid for item and will not pay shipping contacted the BBB. Requesting refund. Just a same to do business this way.
