Have tried to leave a review here. Trying 1 last time. After, to my amazement, finding out this auction house does not ship, but does give a couple of suggested shippers, I contacted one. After waiting several days and phone calls, for them to give me what they would charge to ship to Ohio from N. Y., I was shocked at the ridiculously inflated cost. Over twice what I paid for the art glass I "won"! I buy and have shipped to me art glass from several sites. I have never seen such an incredibly ridiculous cost of packing and shipping. But, then again, I have never had to arrange shipping and find it's incredibly hard to believe they don't offer in house shipping. Feel as if I am being taken advantage of. I have paid for my "win", they have my money, but feel no obligation to service the customer. How do you run a business that sells on a site that is worldwide without any concern about how the customer receives an item you have sold??? No customer concern or service. Their suggested shipper wants to charge me over $80 for packing and over $100 in shipping!! Ridiculous I buy art glass from several sites and have never seen such ridiculous costs. I was a shipping agent for a huge company and have extensive knowledge of packing and shipping costs. I also went to their shipping providers (FedEx) site and the cost for residential, ground delivery to me was around $18!! I have cancelled my account with this auction house and will never buy from them or EstateofMind again. Poorest customer service I have ever gotten. Took my money and ran. Couldn't care less about after sale service.

They are crooks they take your highest bid and make it the starting bid crooks dirtbags scum

Shipping was a nightmare-took me well over a MONTH to receive my item. Shipper quoted me a price and then more then doubled it-I then had to get another shipper. Was very difficult and tedious and I buy at auction a lot and never had this kind of trouble. Beautiful item though.

Description was light I should have asked questions ie did the item work or was a key included

The folks at Estate of Mind were very friendly, professional and helpful! Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Unless shipping is done in-house, the charges by third party shippers is WAY to high. I try and avoid those auctions.

In General I would like to say that most of the time the auction houses are honest and will answer condition requests quickly and with accuracy. We do need more photos then just one. There are a few houses out there that are not so honest about condition. I have received items that were glued together and the glue showing all over the piece. Sure would be nice to rate each auction house, so that all can see their rating. Each customers should be able to submit a rating report to Live Auctioneers to post. Even had one auction house say that we should expect some damaged items within a grouping, that's the way he presents them. What is even worse he will say, good condition in the description. Won't be buying from him anymore!

My credit card company declined payment 3x because their credit card company had classified this auction house as being a "convenience store"!

The initial UPS shipper must contact direct with the buyer if there is a change in the picking up by another store, the 1st one (the initial UPS) needs to notify the buyer immediately to avoid the confusion.

The staff of this auction house were wonderful!
