This is my first bidding through the internet with Hazara Auction Gallery and my first win with them; I was satisfioed in all aspects of the transaction. The precise description and the photos 'of the many angles of the rug were the same as the rug in flesh itself. Add to that the cooperative and friendly man on the phone when I payed by credit card. Also the packing and shipment and the delivery in time were very satisfactory compared to other auction houses that I've dealt with for many years. Amir
