Everything up until shipping went well. It took a bit of time to receive an email saying that my item was about to be shipped. The email said that I would be sent a tracking number when the package was actually shipped. I did not receive the tracking number. I was about the email the auction house inquiring about the shipment, when the package arrived.

My First Bid... Do Your Homework... should have done more homework... While I am pleased with my item, quality, how it plays and sounds.... Once yu add the upcharge and shipping I could have obtained from manufacturer a brand new instrument with free shipping... I am not unhappy with instrument... I should have asked more questions...

I've had a few good ecperiences with them and always seem to ship quickly and smooth transaction. Not much more can ask for.

I purchased several items and arrangements were made to collect them at the auction house. Communication issues developed but the auction house came through and made sure I got my items in a timely manner. I’ll do business with them in the future.

Whomever packaged this did a terrible job. We all know that every shipping company drops their packages from 40, 000 feet to your doorstep and we need to package with that parachute in mind. Items came broken but the auctioneer provided the right answer to this issue and I truly appreciate that. Thanks!
