The ring was described as a white sapphire, but when I had it checked by A certified jeweler and appraiser, I was told the star stone was a cubic zirconia. The item is close to being worthless!!!! Certainly not even a fraction of the appraisal by the seller. And not nearly the value I paid. No more business from me.

It has been weeks since my purchases and I have not received either item although I paid by check directly to the auction immediately upon receipt of the invoices. I have some concerns about the length of time although they cover this possibillty in their info. I can't assess the veracity of their descriptions until I receive the art work, which I hope is soon. This does discourage me from buying at other than local auctions because of lack of personal inspection of the items and the delay/hassle in obtaining the purchases.

Won auctions and never got my belongings. Shitty service

I have 3 items that I have paid for. Shipping have not been set up for any of them. So far they were great at taking my , but shipping and or follow through is very poor.

Yes I was disappointment that I was reported as a non-payer, when I tried to contact the auction house on making payment. The issue was straight out, but it should have never happened. Plus, it took a long time to ship ring. I had the ring appraised and it was not worth what was posted or what I paid.

The description of one of the items did not match the Certificate of Authenticity. They removed the item from my invoice without any problems but I would have preferred a correct description.

I appreciate the quick manner in which the auction house responded to my concerns and/or questions. Very thorough, gracious, personable, and an auction house I will continue to do business in the present and future............... I believe they are dishonest. They don't respond to emails, return VM, and when they called for payment and I asked for a supervisor, they hung up on me.

I tried to retract a bid several hours and several times before the auction and the retraction never happened. Fortunately, the item was damaged so I wasn't obligated to purchase it. My second issue was shipping cost, which should be disclosed beforehand. My piece of jewelry cost about $2.50 to ship (according to the stamp). It was dropped in a simple padded envelope. Purchase price was $200 so I don't suspect insurance was significant. But shipping cost was nearly $30.

Wi purchased two items, 1 for 200 1 for 275. I was charged $25 for shipping. It was sent first class in a padded envelope and the cost of his shipping was 2.55. Loved the items but shipping was completely unacceptable, as well as shipping 1st class in a padded envelope. I was grateful my s were not damaged. Will not purchase from this seller again.

They were very nice and very accommodating. However I thought the description of item was incorrect. They listed as red. I questioned it they responded Red orange. the item is orange. Not red. Not red orange.
