Bidder Reviews for Ansuini 1860 Aste (5)

I had trouble getting Ansuini to respond to tell me where to pay them. They then provided a Paypal address which I paid and later turned out to be the wrong Paypal address. After several emails, I finally got the correct Paypal address and got them paid. It took a couple of months for shipping but I finally received the poster. But they have marked my account as not paid and it has caused me not to be able to register for several other auctions. I can't even delete my Live account as the account is marked as unpaid despite the fact that I paid TWICE and have the poster in my hands. I have bought hundreds of art pieces online with quick payments and deliveries but this one transaction cannot seem to be reconciled by Ansuini 1860 Aste and Live Auctioneers. I will not be buying anything else using Live Auctioneers until they correct this.

The shipping cost from Roma to Bucharest is 81 EUR, even if you buy only one product. I had to buy 3 posters during the same auction, in order to split the shipping fee. I wrote them several emails, complaining myself about the enormous cost, however they never answered about this issue. They were focused only on my payment. Beside this, you must fill some extra shipping documents and send them to them. The piece of cake is that you pay 81 EUR for a poster, let's say, and your shipping is not even insured... I've never experienced something like this... Fortunately, the posters were fine.

I purchased 5 posters in their recent auction. Was pleased with items. Shipping was fast. Overall transaction was excellent.

They are very professional, accurate and strongly focused over customer satisfaction.
