You never know what to expect when you bid at an auction, but I am happy that the items received, were exactly as advertised. The auction house did a great ob with their pictures and descriptions. The shipping was fairly priced and quick. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

While ascertaining the condition of an item via photos can work, things like bad smells must be in the item description. Other than that, the experience was just fine.

This was my first purchase from CFA. It will NOT be my last! They were very helpful. I needed to change the shipping address. They were able to make the needed changes with a simple phone call. They followed up on everything and answered every question as though it was the most important question they were asked that day. The Fountain Dragons were exactly as described and I LOVE them! I will be watching their auctions for more unique and wonderful items.

This was the lowest cost of shipping I have ever had on a semi large package. Way more than fair. Packaging was very professional, item received in perfect condition. Communication with customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this auction house.
