I have paid and received my item a week ago now, and I have not been marked paid on the website. This issue is causing me to miss auctions. Also I have reached out to the auction house about this issue multiple times.

Yes, Honestly it essentially is my own fault, but I never dreamed BK would list a coin with a hole in it,, and still give date/variety in description. Not until I bid and won did I discover I had purchesed a numismatically ruined coin. Buyer Beware..... Other aspects of the transaction were satisfactory.
