Be careful
I spent over six months trying to contact them to ship my product. Finally after over 30 calls and emails they refunded my money. They moved and lost the item.

Total Bust
I won the auction for the item and then they "couldn't find" it. Really? It took over a month to get all the money refunded and the company never responded directly to any email. No apology for their mess up-a big zero. Buyer beware!

It was a total hoax
The lot doesn't square with the facts. Missing items not notified to customer. And inform the goods are ready to take delivery.

I have 1. emailed Norwood Galleries since 12/29/2018 2. attempted to telephone Norwood Galleries-they don't answer 3. attempted to reach the shipper by telephone-no answer 4. reached the shipper at home/promised to call back-never did 5. left multiple telephone messages-never answered 6. left multiple email messages-no return messages 7. made multiple complaints to Liveauctioneers with no effect 8. it took one month to get the email and telephone address of Swift Shipper from Liveauctioneers After 60 days I want a refund of $75.00 (Lot 0163 = $60 + Hammer $15. It appears this item will NEVER be shipped. I have made over 30 attempts to resolve this problem with NO SOLUTION. Refund my money. (12/29/2018-2/28/2019)

The worst bidding experience on Liveauctioneers!!! I have been waiting for 3 months and still haven't got my item after I won the lot. I requested the bank account after I received the invoice, but got much useless information. And after I paid and sent the certifications to the auction company, they do not confirm it for me.

I was late in my payment for a couple of days due to a foreign travel. After I sent in my payment information (credit card, etc), the auction house didn't respond till today. The lingering "dispute" matter impacts my following bidding with other auctions houses, and directly caused my missing two items that I wanted to collect. FRUSTRATED!

It is one of the auction houses that take ages to send you your items, for example I have not yet received the item I bought on July the 26th

I note that Norwood opened a dispute regarding my "non-payment" of lot 166, A Chinese Famille Rose Vase, purchased on Feb 8th, 2017. Yes, I have not paid for the vase and the reason is that I have sent numerous e-mails to the auction house asking them to take payment from my Credit Card but none of my e-mails were answered. Norwood has two sister companies, Essex and Altair, both from which I purchase. My shipper is based in MA, as is Norwood, and all my purchases across the USA gets sent to him to consolidate shipping. As I did not get any response from Norwood I contacted Altair and expressed that I wanted to settle for over two weeks but I have had no response from them and they are holding up my entire shipment. Eventually I got a call from Altair apologising for the appalling service rendered by Norwood, but it was too late, my shipment already left. So in this instance they can wait, I have been buying from them for a long time and never defaulted. Further nobody, not LiveAuctioneers or Norwood contacted me to notify me of the dispute-I only learned about it since my bidding requests started being declined by other auctioneers who said they will not allow me to bid as there is a non-payment dispute. Well, Norwood is helping you shoot yourselves in the foot, because where you decline me Invaluable approves me-they have a higher commission rate but I still get to bid. I purchased three bowls from Norwood from their November 23rd, 2016 sale-Lot 236, Lot 239 and Lot 409. All three arrived as blatant reproductions and are useless to me. Maybe you should vet your sellers more carefully and not your buyers.
