The auction house is very easy to work with. It was very efficient in sending the invoice and shipping information. Very responsive to inquires as well. Had a minor issue with the payment on my end but their staffs were very helpful, polite and patient. They had good communication with outside shippers. Outside shippers then did a great job retrieving, packing and shipping my lot. The item packed with excellent care. I would give Stunning Arts my highest recommendation.
