Great item and seller.

My item was shipped quickly after the end of the auction. Even though the vase was not large, it was packed carefully in the center of a rather large box and arrived in perfect condition. On top of the packaging, I found not just a packing slip-which is (sadly) a bit of an anomaly, but also a sincere Thank You note! I was very gratified by the class and overall thoughtfulness shown by Lion and Unicorn. Of course, I shall look for their auctions in the future.

Truly superior customer service. I was called out of town unexpectedly and was concerned about the item being delivered and potentially sitting on my porch unattended for a few days. I contacted them and they immediately responded that they would hold my item until my return. They couldn’t have been kinder or more gracious. I will also note that their shipping costs are extremely reasonable, which is also a great benefit. I am completely pleased and impressed with this auction house. And thankful!
