I have purchased 2 items from this auction house, and both times they sent me a different item. This is a classic bait and switch operation. They misrepresent the items they have.

Contacted pacific global several times in regards to shipping item. Each time there was an excuse on when it would be shipped. After several weeks and numerous contacts, they said it was delivered which it was not. Checking tracking, it also said delivered but to Canada and showing the wrong city! There response was basically, too bad you have to find it. This is the worst experience I've had with multiple auction houses. It seems I will have to swallow three hundred dollars!!

The size of the crosses is so small that it is ridiculous to try to sell them, they are at most 1.2 cm. tall without a chain. I feel I have been robbed with my consent! It's sad, in the description of the pieces, the size (measurements) should be added.
