While the buyers premium is more reasonable than most as is the shipping fees, I can find no mention of a "Processing Fee" in the terms and conditions. Since this runs about 3 % the only thing I can think of is a fee for Credit Card use. If this had been stated as such, I would have used another method to pay. Otherwise, everything went off without a hitch.

I won several lots of jewelry from Premier to discover that two lots were misidentified. One was advertised as a turquoise stone bracelet, when in fact, it was plastic. I returned and was promised a refund which I have not received. After I returned that bracelet, I discovered another jewelry set I had purchased was not sterling silver as had been advertised. I will never again buy from this auction house.
