I won a lot advertised as being 120 comic books in excellent condition. I got less than 100 books in maybe "good" condition, but pretty worthless. Disappointed at the false advertising.

Terrible. Unprofessional. Items arrived damaged. Not packaged well.

Always great dealing with this auction house. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. They always make sure everything is taken care of. Looking forward to the next auction.

Item as described. Shipping is pricey especially when you add in their fee's. Almost $50 to send one 1/2 liter stein, wow?

Beautiful pieces, even nicer than the pictures. Auction house was great, but I received three shipping quotes from three local shippers that were about twice and over twice the amount I paid just a few months ago to ship four heavy, glass items purchased at an auction north of NY. Be forewarned!

For starters, I have known Jay for close to 40 Years! That's not why I am giving him this great review, he has earned this review because of his hard work and dedication to his business. He locates fabulous finds and his customer service is TOP NOTCH! I have bid on one of a kind items and have been super happy with everything I have won so far (6-7 items). His descriptions of all items are spot on and I can not imagine anyone being disappointed in any item that is won through JMW Auction House! I live locally so I have not dealt with the shipping process as I pick up my stuff but I am certain that Jay will ship your items without a problem.

Everything went smoothly and I was very satisfied when I received my artwork. The only thing that could have been better was the shipping price, which was more than the artwork itself.

Interesting items and great to do business with

They ignore email requests then expect me to resolve the problem they caused by ignoring my email with a third party. Very poor service.
