Great selection of items, and the online auction process is very good, although can have occasions where it freezes, and skip a few items. The payment process is good, but then it goes downhill. Getting any shipping information is impossible. Getting any responses to emails sent to the auction company is impossible. Eventually, after over 5 weeks, the items appeared and the smiles return. Please, please, please, have the courtesy respond to your customers emails, and send regular updates after you've had our money.

I acquired lots from this company that were never delivered. They sent me references to say the items were signed for at my house in California. On multiple occassions I informed them this was not the case and they offered me no help.

Took 2 weeks to get invoice. I paid promptly, but item has not yet been shipped. It’s been 2 weeks since I paid! How do I resolve this????

I won an item and paid for it. Subsequently the payment was canceled without sending me a reason. I had to call and find out what was going on. I never received a proper explanation. To this date it is not clear what actually happened. Then a dispute was filed (due to a mistake the auction house made) and I was threatened that an unresolved dispute may affect my ability to bid in the future. Totally unprofessional!

In the last auction, I have bit EUR 160, 00 for the lot N ° 2982. Later I saw, that it was hammered at EUR 140, 00. I don ´ t know what the problem was. I have written it also to Ladenburg. They said, they also don ´ t know.

Hello, I received no payment info from Automobilia and was unable to complete transaction. I contacted Auction House by LiveAuctioneers Messenger and by ordinary mails but I received NO REPLAY!! I always honored my won bids and my payments but was impossible for this auction, sorry. I'm very glad for this survey so I can clear up this unpleasant situation. Bid and won two items. No invoice came and this is some weeks ago. Some communications came from other parties involved with the auction house but nothing came from this. Have now directed emails of up and coming auctions to junk mail. Totally disappointed.

Despite various emails and phone calls I am yet to receive an invoice.

They notified me that I won 1 item and they were going to contact me within 3 working days. That was the last I heard from them. Nothing since!!!!!!!!!
