This auction is for the partial contents of the home located in Phillipsburg NJ. Items may be dusty or dirty and may need a light cleaning. If an item is chipped , it will be in the description ( only a couple lots). Auction ends on Wednesday September 20th , with lots starting to close at 7pm eastern time. PICK UP DAY IS Wednesday SEPTEMBER 27TH from 1-6pm ONLY !! This is being held in a home and this is the only pick up day available. If your items are not picked up on the scheduled pick up day, they will be considered abandoned. With NO REFUNDS given. Stasak Auctioneers will dispose of and / or become property of Stasak Auctioneers. Payment is DUE by September 25th by 3:00pm. All payments must be paid thru LiveAuctioneers invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer is responsible for bringing your own help for removing items purchased. No one will be available for loading your vehicle. If you want an item shipped, contact us before bidding. Not all items will be available for shipment. If it is an item that we will pack and ship, there is a $15 handling fee for the first lot and $5 handling for each additional lot, plus actual USPS shipping charges. If it is an item that UPS would pack and ship, we charge $10 ( per lot)for transporting the item to the UPS Store. They would then pack and call you with their charges. Pick up is in Phillipsburg NJ. Exact address will be given with the invoice. There is an 18% buyers premium, no sales tax. Stasak Auctioneers reserves the right to execute bids, for buyers unable to bid online.
