The Auctioneer is not liable for, nor has control of, online transmission speeds or bid increments placed by registered Live Auctioneer users. Stasak Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw any property prior to the Auction. ERRORS OR OMISSIONS: Stasak Auctioneers is not responsible for any typographical or other error or omission in this catalog or in any advertising connected to this sale. Lots will begin to close on Tuesday October 17th. Payment is due by Friday October 20th @12pm. Pick up dates are Sunday October 22nd from 9-4pm and Monday October 23rd from 9-2pm. This is being held at a residence and pick up dates and time is not flexible. If you miss the scheduled pick up time, your item will be considered abandoned. It will then be property of Stasak Auctioneers. Shipping is available on some small items. If you are not from the area and would need something shipped, please email us and ask if it is an item available for shipment. If it is an item that we can ship in house, there is a $15 handling fee( for the first lot) and $5.00 handling fee each lot after, plus actual USPS shipping charges. If it is an item that we would have the UPS store pack and ship. There is a $10 handling fee ( per lot) for us transporting it there, plus UPS actual packing and postage charges. All payments must be made thru LiveAuctioneers invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. All items sold as is, where is. There is an 18% buyers premium, no sales tax.
