AUCTION By bidding at the auction the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. BUYER'S PREMIUM All lots are subject to a 20% buyer's premium regardless of the method of payment or bidding. PAYMENT Payment is due within 3 days from the auction, after which the auctioneer may cancel the sale or bring an action against the purchaser for the bid amount. All bids are in US dollars. Bitcoin payment can be accepted on lots 110 - 220 in this auction. INSPECTION Additional photographs of any lot or a virtual inspection of every lot is available on the dates specified. Please contact us with your preferred date and time. AUTHENTICITY We won't sell an item if we don't believe it to be authentic and we won't describe an item if we don't believe our description is accurate. We do not, however, warrant anything express or implied. Every lot is sold "as is". Bidders are responsible for determining the accuracy of our description and condition of every lot and making their own determinations as to value. NO REFUNDS All sales are final. We do not give or accept refunds for any reason. Please be sure that you wish to purchase an item before bidding on it. Please inquire about the condition of any item or request additional photographs before bidding. SHIPPING Shipping is available through us direct or shipping can be done through a shipper of your choosing. We are happy to assist you with your shipping requests. All items purchased but not retrieved or shipped within 10 days are subject to a storage fee of 1% of the final sales price per day. Items which are not picked up within 110 days are subject to our disposal. AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or declare any item unsold or to cancel any sale in the auctioneer's sole discretion.
