terms & conditions for auctionbug 1) All sales are subject to a 15% buyers premium. 2)All items are sold to the highest bidder without reserve; in "AS IS" condition. 3)The utmost care has been used to describe the condition of each item/items; however, it is the responsibility of the buyer to determine exact condition regarding condition, age, etc. 4)Title of merchandise shall pass at the fall of the hammer or when the auctioneer says sold. The winning bidder assumes full responsibility once title has passed. 5)The auctioneer has the final say in all sales, and may reopen the bidding at his/her discretion. 6)All items must be paid for in full before any items can be removed. 7)Forms of payment: cash, personal check w/photo I.D., and all Major Credit Cards. auctionbug reserves the right to hold items paid for by personal check until such check clears our bank. A bank letter of credit must be presented for first time registrants of auctionbug; paying with personal check. 8)In the event of non-paying bidders; those bidders will not be allowed to participate in future auctions and will be responsible for any collection, attorney & associated fees forgone by auctionbug in the collection process. 9)Internet & absentee bidders are responsible for all shipping arrangements & cost. Insurance is required on all shipments (no exceptions). 10)Bidders with posted negative feedback will be evaluated on a individual case basis as per participation in any auction. 11)Live internet bidding will be available via Live Auctioneers. In the event of technical difficulty, live bidders on the floor will be given precedence. 12)The act of registering as a potential bidder constitutes the acceptance of the above stated Terms & Conditions.
