Sale 2019 - Magic

On October 28, Swann Galleries will conduct its annual Magic auction which offers a rare glimpse into the lives and careers of world-famous magicians Houdini, Herrmann the Great, Harry Kellar, and Thurston, with personal diaries and scrapbooks devoted to their careers. The auction also features a fine collection of 18th and 19th-century books on cards and gaming from the collection of Bob Rosenberger--well known authors include Cotton, Hoyle and Seymour. Rounding out the sale are collections of magic periodicals as well as many Professor Hoffmann titles from the library of Tom Blue.
