BENNETT AUCTIONS The following represents the Terms & Conditions of Sale for items in this auction which are bid on and / or won by Ebay / Live Auctioneers customers. Bidder's acknowledge that they understand these terms & conditions. Participating in the auction indicates acceptance of these terms. This is a live auction being held in our gallery in Portsmouth, NH, USA. Ebay / internet bidding through Live Auctioneers offers real-time bidding and is provided as a convenience for those that can not attend the auction in person. Other Ways to Bid: It is always best to attend the auction if possible. If you can not be in Portsmouth for the auction, then We will gladly assist you in placing bids as outlined below. Absentee & phone bidding are provided as a courtesy and we are not responsible for bidding errors. Live in-person: You may bid in person by attending the auction at our gallery in Portsmouth, NH. Phone Bidding: You may request to be on the phone to bid on specific items, again, almost as good as being there. Phone lines usually fill up fast so make your request early. Absentee Bids: You may authorize one of our staff members to bid on your behalf by using an Absentee Bid. Your absentee bid is a confidential maximum amount that you wish to spend on an item. We will bid on your behalf as if you were in the room attending the auction; you will be bidding competitively against the other bidders at the auction. You may very well win the bid for far less than your maximum. Absentee bids may be faxed to us at 603-43-5585, delivered in hand to us at our office or gallery, e-mailed to us at sbauctions@aol.com, or placed through Ebay Live. You will need to supply us with your credit card information when you place your bid. A 20% Buyer's Premium will be added to all items purchased over the internet. Good news, there is no sales tax in New Hampshire. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason. Estimates of sales prices are provided as a guide only. Only a few items in this auction have a reserve price or minimum bid. Everything else is being sold with-out reserve. Therefore, the starting / opening prices are very low. Condition reports: We provide general condition reports on-line. We will attempt to note major defects were evident. If you have more specific questions then please call our office at 603-431-5599. Photos provided herein are actual photos of the item being sold, though many have had the background removed digitally. All sales are final. Everything is sold "as is, where is". We provide you with information that was gathered from reliable sources and that we believe to be true. However, we do not warrant the accuracy of descriptions, the age, condition, rarity, importance, or provenance, of the items being sold. Call us if you have any questions ! Payment: Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Payment Methods: You may pay with cash(In House Only), your good personal or business check drawn on a US bank, money orders, bank checks, certified checks, credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express), or wire bank transfers. Sorry, no Pay Pal at this time. Shipping small items: We will box and ship smaller items from our facility. Buyer's pay all shipping expenses. Shipping larger items: All large items will be delivered to a local professional packer / shipper by our staff and at no charge to the Buyer. However, the Buyer will have to pay the packer / shipper separately for their services. We do not make any profit on shipping. Buyer's pay all shipping expenses.
