Any items purchased and removed from the auction cannot be returned. Emailed condition inquires will be responded to by return email. Any additional condition information obtained will be added to Live Auctioneers lot description when appropriate. If you prefer speaking to a live person, condition reports may also be obtained by telephone. All items sold as is, where is. There is an 18% buyers premium on all lots sold. Stasak Auctioneers reserves the right to execute bids, for buyers unable to bid online. Please call (908)305-3266 with any questions. READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE BIDDING !! Lots start closing on Tuesday January 29th @ 7pm. Pick up day is Tuesday February 5th, in Coopersburg Pa. Invoices will be sent out day after auction. All items are sold as is, as pictured. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned in the description. Bid now or bid live ! Make sure you click on "watch live auction" at 7 pm eastern time, to watch lots close. Payment is due by Saturday Feb. 2nd @ 3pm. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Items are at a residence and we will only be there ONE day. If you do not pick up on that day, your items are considered abandoned. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. If you need an item shipped, there is a $15 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additional lot). Plus actual USPS postage charges. Some larger items or prints and paintings, we may have the UPS store pack and ship. There is a $10 transport fee ( for us taking it there), plus UPS packing and shipping charges.
