This is from a private estate collection and all trains are sold as is. Most will need to be cleaned. Bidding is open now and " live online bidding" starts on Sunday May 12th @1pm. Pick up day is Friday May 17 from 9am-5pm. Payment is due by Thursday May 16th @3pm. If you do not pay by pick up day, a dispute will be filed thru liveauctioneers. Invoices will be sent out day after auction. All items are sold as is, as pictured. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned in the description. If your items are not picked up on specified day, there is a $5 per day/per lot storage charge. NO EXCEPTIONS !Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. SHIPPING - If you want an item shipped, there is a $10 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additonal), plus actual USPS postage. Lots with multiple items, additional handling fees may apply. We do not ship lots containing large quantities ( table, shelf, closet, partial room contents) If it is questionable, please email and ask, before bidding. If it is an item we would have UPS pack and ship, there is a $10 transport fee, plus the UPS packing and shipping charges.
