Bidding is open now and " Live " Online Bidding will start on Sunday September 15th at 4pm eastern time. There is a preview for this auction. Preview is Sunday September 15th from 12pm-2pm. Call morning of sale and we will give you the address. PAYMENT IS DUE BY Wednesday September 18th at 3pm. The first pick up day is Thursday September 19th from 9am-5pm ( for all items, except the larger equipment that specifies in description day 2). DUE TO SO MANY PEOPLE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF COMING AT LAST MINUTE, THE DOORS CLOSE AT 5PM ! If we have to stay, you will be billed at $75/per half hour. THERE IS TO BE NO ONE ON PROPERTY BEFORE OR AFTER Preview and Pick up Hours ! If you are caught on property, the owners will press charges. All items must be removed by that day, or they will be considered abandoned and discarded on that day ! The second pick up day is for the larger items that specify in the description of each item, that pick up is on the second day. You must call and schedule a time for that day. Any items not picked up, will be considered abandoned ! Invoices will be sent out the day after the auction. All items are sold as is, as pictured. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item, or check and make sure boxes have all parts. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned in the description. Make sure you Click on "watch live auction" at 4pm eastern time, to watch lots close. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. If your items are not picked up on specified day, they are considered abandoned. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help, packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. There will be no one onsite to help load your items. There is NO machines onsite to load your items. It is buyers responsibility to safely load. SHIPPING - If you want an item shipped, there is a $15 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additional), plus actual USPS postage. Lots with multiple items, additional handling fees may apply. We do not ship lots containing large quantities ( table, shelf, closet, partial room contents) If it is questionable, please email and ask, before bidding. If it is an item we would have UPS pack and ship, there is a $10 transport fee, plus the UPS packing and shipping charges. Any paintings or prints , hard to pack items, very fragile , needing shipment will go thru the UPS store. Pay original invoice thru LiveAuctioneers and then email us requesting shipment.
