Bidding is open now and " Live " Online Bidding will start on Sunday October 13th at 3pm eastern time. PAYMENT IS DUE BY Wednesday October 16th at 3pm. Pick up is Thursday October 17th from 9am-4pm. Any items not picked up, will be considered abandoned ! Invoices will be sent out the day after the auction. All items are sold as is, as pictured. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item, or check and make sure boxes have all parts. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned in the description. Make sure you Click on "watch live auction" at 3pm eastern time, to watch lots close. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. If your items are not picked up on specified day, they are considered abandoned. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help, packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. There will be no one onsite to help load your items. SHIPPING - There is a $15 handling fee for the first lot ($5 each additional), plus actual USPS postage. We do not ship lots containing large quantity of items ( table, shelf, closet lots, etc). Some lots containing multiple items, additional handling charges may apply. If you want an item shipped, email us ( stasaks@verizon.net) after paying original invoice thru liveauctioneers. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal approx. 2 business days after the scheduled pick up day. Shipping of Furniture, some very fragile, hard to pack items, all prints and paintings, will be packed and shipped thru DAKS Global. You will be responsible for DAKS Global charges.
