PICK-UP TIMES For shippers and buyers: 3120 Eisenbrown Road Reading, PA 17068 Day of Auction: Until 5 pm Sunday, November 17 and Monday, November 18 Sunday, November 17: 12:00 – 4:00 pm Monday, November 18: 2:00 – 4:00 pm These are the ONLY times available for buyers and shippers to pick up at the Onsite Auction (3120 Eisenbrown Road, Reading, PA 17068). Any items left at the auction location as of 5:00 pm Monday November 18 will be considered abandoned by the buyer and the Auctioneer shall have the right but not the obligation, at their sole discretion to resell, discard or remove and store the items or lots at the Buyers' sole risk and expense, without any notice to Buyer and without waiving any rights that Cordier Auctions or Seller may have against Buyer. All property is sold "as is", and neither the auctioneer nor any consignor makes any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, or description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale, or in the bill of sale, or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. You are encouraged to preview the items in person, ask questions or request additional photos PRIOR to bidding. The highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser and may also, at his or her election, withdraw the lot or re-offer the lot for sale. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or online bids as a convenience to clients who are not present at auctions, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection therewith. PAYMENT: Payment to be made in one (1) day from invoice date via credit card, debit, cash, cashier checks or wire transfers. All international purchases with invoice amount exceeding $1,000 require a wire transfer of funds. $50 fee to be applied to total. All domestic purchases with invoice amount exceeding $2,500 require a wire transfer of funds. REMOVAL OF PURCHASES: Bidders are required to contact shippers directly for pre-purchase quotes and pick-ups. Shipping is subject to any restrictions of the purchaser's country. Bidders are responsible for confirming their import laws and any restrictions do not release a purchaser from their responsibility for payment of an invoice.
