As Is: Visible repair or in need of repairs. 5 Fair: Evidence of wear or damage. 6.Poor: Usable or recycling of parts No statement made anywhere, whether written or oral shall be deemed a warranty. All measurements and weights are approximate. The purchaser assumes complete responsibility for items at the fall of the hammer. We reserve the right to hold merchandise until checks or credit card clears. We are happy to ship in house using USPS Small, Medium, and Large flat rate prices which will be added to your invoice. Or you may arrange shipping through an independent shipper of your choice. All Massachusetts purchases are subject to a Massachusetts Sales Tax unless the purchaser provides a tax exempt number.
