A). All items are sold AS IS and all sales are final. While we will, to the best of our ability, describe the items for sale, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, that the item offered for sale is what it is described to be by the Auctioneer or the catalog. If payment is not made within the 5 day time frame, One of a Kind Finds as the right to cancel the sale and put the item(s) in the lot back up to be resold. RETURNS Lots containing "as-is" in the description or multiple items such as,bulk lot, or grab bags are being sold in their current state without any guarantee and cannot be returned or refunded. If our description of an item is materially mis-described, we will accept the return of the item. However, all returns must be authorized prior to return and must be in purchased condition. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the item being delivered to the buyer and must be received within 10 business days of return approval. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with the return and provide a valid tracking number. Original shipping cost is non-refundable as well.
