TERMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 1，All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. All bidders are encouraged to use due diligence and inspect all items prior to bidding. Know that your bidding will signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire, or that you have chosen not to examine them. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. Our goal is to provide prospective bidders with accurate and detailed information. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUSALS. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity, and the results of your evaluation leave uncertainty in your mind, we recommend you not bid on the item in question. No statement written or oral made by the auctioneer shall be deemed a warranty or assumption of liability by Oriental Auctions House or by any seller represented by Oriental Auctions House. 2，Bidding on an item indicates the client's acceptance of our Terms of Sale. Oriental Auction House accepts payment by bank wire transfers, paypal,Visa, MasterCard. For items purchased on line, you will be emailed an invoice within 24 hours after the auction. The email below provides a link for you to pay immediately and securely online. Payment must be received within 3 business days after auction end. If the buyer fails to pay within 3 business days, he/she is responsible for any loss or other fees or damages incurred. It is your responsibility to contact the Auction House at email: 927703276@qq.com, if you are unable to pay through our online check out system. 3，Shipping is primarily handled by multiple third party shippers. When a client has won an item, shippers will be notified and will contact clients with quotes. All SHIPPING AND HANDLING will be done by the Auction House and third party licensed shippers. Buyer is responsible for the cost of packaging and shipping. CHARGES WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR INVOICE. Any other costs or charges such as customs or import duties, customs clearance and handling may also apply during the shipment of your lot and will be charged to you by the involved party at a later stage if applicable. Shipping handled by Oriental Auction House will be at the entire risk of the purchaser and Oriental Auction House will have no liability of any loss of damage to such items. 4，ESTIMATED PRICES - As a convenience to our clients, we furnish pre-sale estimates for all items included in the auctions. These estimates are only our approximate valuations, is approximate worth of auction items based on our experts appraisal and past auction experience, not as "prices." Bidding normally begins at about lower price, but the final bid price may well be less than or more than any estimate printed. 5，For all sales across any platform, the Auction House has full and complete discretion to cancel a sale for any issue whatsoever. For all products, we conduct a thorough final quality check right before shipping products to the buyer. If in the course of the final quality check, the product does not meet our quality standards, we will cancel the sale and issue the buyer a refund. 6，All items are sold to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. The auctioneer is the arbiter of any disputed bid. He may reopen bidding at his discretion and reject bids deemed inappropriate. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item and to reoffer the item at another time. Every effort is made by the auctioneer to execute all bids, including floor, absentee, telephone and internet bids. 7，Bidding on an item indicates your understanding and acceptance of these Terms of Sale. If a purchaser breaches any of these Terms of Sale, including the obligation to pay for purchased items, Oriental Auction House may seek all remedies under the law including canceling the sale and re-offering the property without reserve.
