The purchase price payable by the winning bidder shall be the sum of the final bid plus a buyer?s premium of ¬¬¬¬19%. Purchases are subject to 6.75% High Point, North Carolina sales tax except when a valid resale certificate has been furnished and verified valid by Golden Oldies, no later than 1 day prior to the auction. Please submit your resale certificate to jaredw@gohomeltd.com prior to placing any bids. Golden Oldies reserves the right to reject any bid, as well as the right to refuse to acknowledge any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by Golden Oldies will be the purchaser. All lots must be paid in full prior to being shipped or removed. If the winning bidder is picking up their lot(s) they must do so within ¬¬¬¬30 days of the sale. Pick up is available 7 days a week by appointment only.
