Accepted Forms of Payment: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa TAX: 7% Sales tax will be charged to buyers from Indiana and to all those picking up from our facility. ONLINE BIDDERS: 20% Buyer Premium will be applied. SHIPPING: Items marked WILL NOT SHIP will need to have transportation arranged BY THE BUYER. Chupp Auctions will ship most items at Buyer's expense via USPS, FedEx or UPS. For those wishing to pick-up locally, you must contact our office within 2 business days of the auction to inform us of your plans. Items must be picked up within 2 months unless prior arrangements are made with Chupp Auctions. **Chupp Auctions reserves the right to deliver any items they deem fragile to the local UPS store for packaging & shipping.** For larger items, we have several contacts that will give quotes for transport services. NOTICE: Large items that will be shipped pallet freight may need to be disassembled which will incur an additional cost. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping if you wish. Other items that may require special handling, extra time or supplies may incur extra charges. Items marked WILL NOT SHIP will need to have transportation arranged by the buyer. NOTICE! While our intent is to describe items, authenticity, and condition to have a successful and mutually satisfying transaction, it is physically and economically impossible for us to achieve perfection on every item. Our firm lists items far in advance of the sale so the buyer can ask questions BEFORE bidding. At our expense, we do provide staffing to get buyers the information BEFORE they bid.
