Please take the time to read the following set of terms and conditions for the auction. By placing a bid item, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions of Sale These Terms and Conditions of Sale are made by and between Steven's Art and Antiques ('SAA' 'us') and Bidder ('Buyer,' 'Purchaser,' 'Agent'). The Terms and Conditions of Sale and all contents of the catalog are subject to amendment by SAA. The Bidder must acknowledge and agree to follow these Terms and Conditions before participating in any sales. SAA always reserves the right to withdraw or bid on a lot for any reason he deems appropriate. SAA shall have the right to withdraw any item at any time for any reason and to default any sale in the event of an error or dispute. Bid approval and acceptance on any bidding platform are at the discretion of the auctioneer. CONDITIONS All the property offered for auction is strict "as - is", with all faults. All sales are final and no refunds are given. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition/authenticity/condition/measurements/age/color/original country/restored of each item. No statement in this catalog or by representatives of SAA shall be considered as a warranty or assumption of liability. The absence of a condition statement does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition or without imperfections. Estimated weights and measurements: Weights and measurements in catalog description have been estimated through measurement and are to be used as approximate guidelines and not relied on as exact. BUYER’S PREMIUM Absentee bidding, telephone bidding, with a 23% buyer's premium above the hammer price. Bidding on a third-party platform with a 28% buyer's premium above the hammer price. SALES TAX & PAYMENT Sales Tax Buyer agrees to pay any sales tax (if applicable) for all of the lots won by him/her. Payment SAA accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash, and Checks. Checks should be made to payable to Steven's Art & Antiques, 135 E Chestnut Ave, UNIT: 1B Monvoria CA 91016. All invoices must be paid in full within 10 calendar days after the close of the auction. Buyer authorizes SAA to charge his/her credit card at registration for all items purchased at this auction. STORAGE The removal of property is requested as soon as possible after the auction date. Items remaining at SAA thirty (30) calendar days after the auction date shall be subject to a $5.00 per lot per day storage fee, which shall be charged to the buyer at the time of pickup. NOTE: Any property remaining at SAA ninety (90) calendar days after the auction will be deemed to have been abandoned and may be sold or disposed of by SAA, at its sole discretion, without liability to Buyer. SALES ARRANGEMENTS SAA reserves the right to decline any bid. Bids must be for an entire lot. Each lot constitutes a separate sale. An estimated price range will be given to our clients for reference. These estimates are only for educational purposes. Bidding normally begins at about one half of the low estimate REMEDIES On the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer, or upon the statement of 'sold,' the highest bidder or authorized agent shall be deemed to have purchased the offered lot, in accordance with all of the conditions set forth herein and will pay the purchase price in full plus buyers premium, any applicable taxes, shipping & handling fees (if applicable).
