In the fall Japanese Works of Art auction, we are proud to present various categories of exciting property, including a fine satsuma vase by Yabu Meizan from the estate of Professor Ethan D. Alyea, Jr., Bloomington, Indiana; a stunning blue ground cloisonné ‘chrysanthemum’ vase by Namikawa Yasuyuki of Kyoto from the estate of William Sargent, Duluth, Minnesota; a group of Japanese samurai swords from a prominent private collection and a selection of beautiful Japanese woodblock prints by various private collections.
