BIDDING TERMS & CONDITIONS: BIDDING at the auction indicates your ACCEPTANCE of ALL our terms and conditions of sale. For payment, if you have a card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be automatically charged 72 hours after the end of the auction. If you utilize LiveAuctioneers payment processing system you maybe charged their processing service fee. Payment must be received/arranged within (3) days from auction date. All property is sold as-is, where is, without recourse and all sales are final. No Refunds. No Returns. No Chargeback. 25% Buyer's Premium: There is a 25% Buyers Premium applied to each lot sold. Total purchase price will be: hammer price, buyer's premium and if applicable taxes. Applicable sales tax is applied by law; tax exempt individual/business must submit valid sales tax exemption documentation to auction platform or auction house. As a condition to registration and bidding, bidder agrees that they will not, under any circumstances, initiate a chargeback, and agree that they are waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between the bidder and the bidder's credit card company. Bidder agrees that, should a chargeback be initiated, the bidder terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of the bidder's waiver of any chargeback rights. Bidder agrees if a chargeback is successful, the buyer remains liable for the purchase price including any buyer's premium, plus costs of collection and attorney fees. All property is described to the best of our knowledge; however, neither we nor consignor make any warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to such property as to the physical condition, character, quality, rarity, authenticity, importance, authorship, provenance, medium, period, origin or estimated value, or other attributes of any sold lot. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, whether made in the catalog or advertisement, bill of sale, gallery posting, announcement or remarks by staff or the Auctioneer, shall be a warranty, representation or assumption of liability. It is important to understand that South Jersey Auction has never, and would never, knowingly offer a fake or altered item for sale, and we offer no guarantee of authenticity of any item offered. All measurements and weights, descriptions are approximate. PAYMENT: Payment must be received/arranged within (3) days from auction date. If you are set up for live payments they hit 72 hours (3 days) after auction date. Accepted forms of payment are cash, known check, visa, mastercard, discover, american express, diners club and wire transfer (at buyers expense), money order, cashiers check. Invoices will be emailed to the successful bidder within one (1) business day of the Auction. Due to the uncontrollable nature of the delivery of email, non-receipt of an 'Email Invoice' does not preclude you from your responsibilities for payment if you were a winning bidder. If you have participated in the Auction, you are encouraged to inquire regarding whether or not you were the winning bidder. Please note that LiveAuctioneers does not share your credit card information that you supply them to activate a bidder paddle with the our auction house and we do not have paypal. SALES TAX: Sales tax is applied through the LiveAuctioneers platform and is subject to their guidelines which is followed by each state. South Jersey Auction reserves the right to move forward with any and all remedies available to us, including reporting your bad debt to the live Auction provider and/or any other related entities. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at the close of the Auction, and the Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. All items must be removed from the premises within five (5) days of the sale. After five (5) days, items remaining in South Jersey Auction's possession may be assessed a minimum storage fee of $5 per day based on size.
