As all sales are final most descriptions are given to us by consignors and brought to us from collections out of estates so please use your best judgment on all items with photos provided. This measure is for the safety of the buyer and to guarantee that only the buyer has the documents of the won lot, in this way it is avoided that the documents are used by people for malicious purposes. The buyer will pay after 60 days of being contacted by the associated UPS store, 20% of the total value of the lot, every week. The buyer, after 90 days of being contacted by the associated UPS store, will lose the right to the lot and the refund. Any change will be at the discretion of the parties involved. Buyer pays shipping cost, we will deliver all items to local shipping store called The UPS Store and all shipping charges will be paid to them directly by the buyer. NO International returns accepted. Return shipment must be paid by the buyer. Please be aware that our house also charges a restocking fee 25% of the value paid for the item.
