The Trove Group reserves the right before, during, or after an auction to cancel a winning bid for any reason. Payment: The buyer must pay the entire amount due (including the hammer price, buyer's premium, all applicable taxes and other charges) no later than 5 p.m. on the fifth (5) business day following the sale. Payment may be made by wire, or through Live Auctioneers' Live.Payments credit card system. Collecting Purchases - Once The Trove Group has received all funds due for a winning auction item, the buyer will receive their purchased lots within no more than five (5) business days from the date of the cleared payment. Shipping Terms: SHIPMENTS INSIDE THE US When a winning bid is made through The Trove Auctions you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Once payment is verified we will ship your item to you through UPS or FedEx. A tracking number will be provided once the item is ready. All items will be mailed to the CC verified address and are sent fully insured. Signature and contact phone number is required for all deliveries. All shipments within the US are FREE, this includes all additional charges for insurance. SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE US When a winning bid is made through The Trove Auctions - you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Once payment is verified we will ship your item to you through FedEx (unless restrictions apply). A tracking number will be provided once the item is on it's way to you. All items will be mailed to the CC verified address and are sent fully insured. In all cases signature and contact phone number is required. Please be aware purchasers are responsible for international taxes and customs fees. A flat international rate of $65 is applied for shipping outside of the US. SAFE TRACKING AND SIGNATURE All items purchased on The Trove Auctions are shipped with a tracking number that will be provided to the customer when payment is processed. Signature is also required to receive the package. SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY To protect buyers we require your billing address to be your shipping address. This helps prevent fraud and guarantees that the item gets sent to the card account owners address. Premium: Auction winners must pay the listed premium for each auction. Tax: In addition to the hammer price, the buyer agrees to pay The Trove Group buyer's premium and the applicable sales tax (6% for PA residents only) added to the final total.
