Galerie Zacke is pleased to present Fine Chinese Art, Buddhism and Hinduism, a two-day premium auction. On Day 1, a diverse range of 330 lots will fall under the hammer, including bronzes, jades, porcelain, statues, and more. Across the two-day sale, there are 95 private collectors and estates named, including Arthur Huc, Marcus Ezekiel and Victor Ezekiel, Dr. Lubor Hajek, Jochen and Herbert Kienzle, Lilla Bukowski, and Edward Arthur and Angela Parry. Amongst the 40 historic gallery and dealership provenances, highlights include the Compagnie de la Chine et des Indes, Bluett & Sons, and J. J. Lally & Co. Also of note are several lots with copies of invoices from Sotheby's in the 1980s, such as a large ritual bronze vessel from the Shang Dynasty (lot 354) and a superb limestone lion from the Tang Dynasty (lot 376).
